Roles determine what each person in your organization can open: an employee works with their own material; an admin manages the organization and can see organization-wide information and settings.
You set and change roles from the Users item in the left-hand navigation.

The two roles
Your organization has two roles: Employee and Org-Admin. When you invite someone, you choose their role from the Invite as dropdown, where it is listed as Org Admin or Employee.
Roles are set per organization.
What an employee can do
Once they complete onboarding, an employee can access five parts of Pragmatico: their home page, the AI Hub, My Coaching, and their profile. From there, they can:
Get coaching goals tailored to them and their proficiency
Browse the organization's published use cases in the AI Hub, and save the ones they want
See their AI archetype and their current growth cues on Home
See which departments they belong to, and update their own profile details on My Profile
An employee cannot see organization-wide data or reporting, such as leaderboard or socrecard. They also cannot edit users, their own department, or their company goals unless they are elevated to an admin.
What an admin can do
An admin manages the organization. They get everything an employee gets, plus the AI Proficiency and Manage groups in the navigation:
Manage the roster on the Users page, across its Users and Participants tabs: invite people, bulk-load them, change someone's role, and revoke access
Create, rename, and delete departments with Edit Departments, and assign people to them
Create and manage company goals on Goals and Policies
Open the organization's reporting on Leaderboard, Activity and Scorecard.
Open anyone's coaching, not only their own
Elevating someone's role
You must be an Admin to elevate anyone's role from user to admin.
Open the Users page and stay on the Users tab (the tab holding people who can already sign in).
Find the person using Search name or email if the list is long.
Select the three-dot menu on their row.
Select Make Admin to give them admin access, or Make Employee to remove it.
Their access changes immediately. A new admin can reach the full roster, the organization's reporting, company goals and departments straight away.
