Your coaching is a set of personal recommendations, refreshed every month: each one names something to change about how you work with AI, and gives you the steps to do it and often a prompt you can copy. You find it under My Coaching in the left-hand navigation, under My Account.
How to read a coaching move
Each coaching card has a few labels that help you understand what the move is about:
THIS WEEK'S MOVE tells you that this is one of your current coaching recommendations. If a department is listed next to it, then the move is specifically designed to complement you and your role.
Moves on the top right show the skill or quality the move is designed to develop, such as growing your Depth or your Sophistication.
The chips below the header show the move type, such as Prompt, Interaction, Tools, or Share.
The large heading is the coaching move, or what you're being encouraged to do.
The description below the heading explains why this move was selected for you.
Show me how expands the card to give you practical steps for applying the move.
The move's wording and card colour tell you what kind of change it represents. Yellow means something to take up, green means something you're already doing that is worth keeping, and purple means something to drop.
Use a move
Select Show me how. The label beside it says how many steps are inside, and adds your company goal when the move is tied to one.
Work through the numbered steps.
Where there is an example prompt, select Copy prompt to take it, then paste it into the AI tool you use. The button reads Copied once it has worked.
When the move is tied to a company goal, that goal and the reason it connects appear at the bottom of the card.
Your archetype and your charts
Your AI Archetype names the pattern in how you work with AI, with a line describing what it means. It is worked out again every month, and the card says when it was last generated.
Select Why am I this archetype? to read what the archetype is, what was noticed about your own work, and what tends to move someone on from it.
Your AI usage is measured across six qualities: Sophistication, Depth, Breadth, Frequency, Consistency, and Volume.
When there is a comparison available, a Compared to: row appears above the chart. Use the Your Archetype and your department buttons to turn each comparison on or off.
Your overall AI proficiency level places you on a grid of sixteen archetypes, with how much you use AI running left to right and how well you use it running bottom to top, so squares further up and further right are stronger on both. Your own square is outlined and carries your archetype name. Hover over any other square to see which archetype sits there and a line describing it.
Look back at an earlier month
Use the picker beside Your Growth Areas to switch to an earlier coaching cycle. It lists the months you have coaching for, most recent first, and shows one month at a time.
Before your first coaching arrives
Until your first cycle finishes, the page says Your coaching is being prepared. Nothing is wrong. Your first set of recommendations appears once that cycle completes.
