How to Grant Pragmatico Access
A workspace owner creates a workspace-scoped Admin key in ChatGPT with Compliance access: Create a Compliance API Key
Once the API key is created, send it securely to Pragmatico via the privacy tool of the customer's choice, along with the workspace ID for that API key.
Once that API Key has been sent, it takes 2-3 days for data to begin showing up in the platform; then it updates every 24 hours.
What we never do
Write, update, or delete anything in your Anthropic tenant. You enforce that by never giving us access in the first place.
