Pragmatico reads your Claude Enterprise tenant through two Anthropic APIs, each with its own key. This unlocks analytics, coaching, recommendations - and more!
Note: Claude Customers who want to take advantage of Pragmatico's API-based features must be on Claude Enterprise.
What you provision
In claude.ai, under Organization settings, then API, the primary owner creates keys and picks scopes. See Anthropic's Admin API keys page.
Pragmatico requires two API Keys to use reporting, recommendations, and coaching.
Analytics Key with
read:analytics. Used for the Claude Enterprise Analytics API.Compliance key with
read:compliance_activitiesandread:compliance_user_data.
What we fetch
Analytics API (daily pull): users, org summaries, connectors, skills, and projects.
Anthropic publishes a given day about four days later, so metrics are unlikely to be same-day.
Compliance: users, activity events, projects, chats, messages, and Cowork / Claude Code sessions.
While we get data from your Compliance API every day, our features that use this only update once a week, given Anthropic's similar four-day lag.
We use that data for Insights Activity and monthly proficiency. Once connected, we can look back as far as 90 days, before processing every day.
What we never do
Write, update, or delete anything in your Anthropic tenant. You enforce that by never giving us access in the first place.
